During this period, pilot courses are being implemented in the three participating countries as part of the project activities. These courses aim to test the training content and methodology in real VET learning environments, involving both trainers and trainees.
The pilot course descriptions have been developed in line with the standard course-writing and curriculum guide formats used by the respective VET institutions, ensuring alignment with national educational frameworks and institutional practices.
The outcomes of the pilot phase will contribute to the evaluation and further refinement of the training approach, supporting the effective integration of the project results into VET education.
