As part of the Erasmus Days 2025 celebrations, SAEK Εgaleo hosted a presentation of the BIG ART – Bootcamps in Greece with Augmented Reality Technologies for VET Centers in Israel & Albania project on October 16th, 2025.
During the event, SAEK Εgaleo focused on showcasing the project’s vision to integrate Augmented Reality (AR) and Mixed Reality (MR) technologies into Vocational Education and Training (VET).
The presentation emphasized how digital innovation can transform learning experiences, enhance teachers’ training, and equip VET learners with new digital and creative skills.
Particular attention was given to:
- the implementation of AR/VR bootcamps as experiential learning spaces;
- the exchange of best practices among partner institutions from Greece, Italy, Israel, and Albania;
- and the importance of digital inclusion in VET as a pathway to employability and social participation.
The event was part of SAEK Εgaleo’s broader commitment to promoting innovation, inclusiveness, and excellence in vocational education through European collaboration.
