We will hold the Train the Trainers Bootcamp of Israeli and Albanian VET trainers in Greece. Our Greek partners will host this bootcamp to train the trainers, in order to build and increase the capacity of Israeli and Albanian VET teachers and trainers. The aim is to host the teachers for two weeks in Athens during Phase 3 of this project. We will harness ICT potential and help students to improve their technical skills, using AR.

WP3 DEVELOPMENT

TASK 1 - delivery 31.3.2025

A Scan of a space that will represent the experimental part of your work in the BIGART project should be done. The space should be selected with simple criteria for understanding the work. The work will then be uploaded to the Matterport platform to create the digital twin.

TASK 2 - delivery 15.4.2025

Based on the choice of work space 1, an augmentation should be made to the digital system to test all the functions of the Matterport platform

TASK 3 - delivery 30.4.2025

A scan should be made of a space that will represent the main part of your work and which will create the material for training for your students as mentioned in the BIGART project. The space should be selected with specific criteria of difficulty and complexity so that in addition to understanding, it also creates experience in the work. The work will then be uploaded to the Matterport platform to create the digital twin.

TASK 4 - delivery 30.5.2025

Based on the choice of work space 3, an augmentation should be made to the digital system to identify all the points of interest and the gaps that will be the subject of training. For best practice, there should be explanatory material for the space, its functionality and any other element considered necessary for the correct understanding of the digital twin.

TASK 5 - delivery 30.6.2025

Creation of a website where the deliverables of each school will be included

ADDITIONAL

The space for task 1 can be captured with a mobile device or tablet that has the relevant Matterport software loaded.

The space for task 3 should be captured with at least an Insta 360 type camera.

For each school, there should be at least two teachers responsible for WP3 Development who will inform the rest of the project's progress, relevant groups will also be notified in social messaging and emails.

You will share with us the Matterport addresses once they are created, you will invite us to monitor your work as provided by the system.

Further instructions regarding the results and their management will follow via VET2HUB as separate tasks for each school.
